Refund Policy
How cancellations and approved returns are refunded, including timelines, methods, and fees.
This Refund Policy explains when ShePinnacle issues refunds, how long they take, and what fees may or may not apply. It should be read together with our Return Policy and Shipping Policy.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase using the Cancel button on your account orders page, provided the order has not already been approved for fulfillment or dispatched. Cancellations requested after this window may not be possible if preparation or shipping has started.
Fees and refunds for timely cancellations: A full refund is provided. We do not charge cancellation fees for orders canceled within the 2-hour window as described above.
2. When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued for: (a) orders canceled within the allowed cancellation window; (b) approved returns for manufacturing defects under our Return Policy; and (c) wrong, damaged, or incomplete orders that we confirm are our responsibility.
Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind situations after the cancellation window, or for returns that do not meet our Return Policy.
3. Refund Timeline and Method
Refund processing time: Once a cancellation is confirmed, or once we receive and approve a returned item for a defect claim, we process the refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Refund method: Refunds are returned via the original payment method. Card and wallet payments are refunded through PayMob to the original instrument. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by the method we confirm with you (for example bank transfer), after we verify the account details you provide.
Your bank or wallet provider may take additional time to post the credit after we process the refund. That posting time is outside ShePinnacle's control.
4. Shipping Costs and Other Fees
Additional fees: We do not charge restocking fees or other refund processing fees.
Original shipping costs: Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the refund is due to a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or damage/loss that is our responsibility. In those cases, eligible shipping amounts are included in the refund.
5. Partial Refunds
If only part of an order is approved for return or was fulfilled incorrectly, we refund the purchase price of the affected item(s), plus eligible shipping as described above. Unaffected items remain sold.
