Return Policy
When and how you may return ShePinnacle products. Our products are 100% natural; change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
ShePinnacle products are handmade, natural, and often perishable or hygiene-sensitive. For that reason, we accept returns only for manufacturing defects, under the conditions below. This policy should be read together with our Refund Policy.
1. Return Window (Manufacturing Defects)
If a product has a manufacturing defect, you have 2 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Contact us at [email protected] within that window with your order number, a clear description of the defect, and photos of the product and packaging.
2. Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse)
Returns are not accepted if you simply change your mind, no longer want the product, ordered the wrong item by mistake after dispatch, or are unsatisfied with scent, texture, or personal preference. Because our products are 100% natural and intended for personal care use, we do not offer change-of-mind returns.
3. Eligible Product Condition
Items submitted for a defect return must be new and unused, in their original packaging where reasonably possible, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).
Non-returnable items: Perishable products cannot be returned except where we confirm a manufacturing defect covered by this policy. Opened or used personal-care products are not eligible for return except for a verified manufacturing defect reported within the 2-day window.
4. How to Return
Approved returns are sent by mail (courier). You do not need a pre-paid return label from us unless we expressly provide one for a confirmed defect case. We will email return instructions after we approve your request.
5. Who Covers Return Shipping
Manufacturing defect (approved): ShePinnacle covers the return shipping cost.
Change of mind: Returns are not accepted, so return shipping does not apply. If a package is refused or returned after a change-of-mind attempt without our prior approval, any courier costs remain the customer's responsibility.
6. Wrong, Damaged, or Incomplete Orders
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged package, or a missing item, contact us within 2 days of receipt at [email protected] with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy, including covering return shipping where the error or damage is our responsibility.
