Shipping Policy

All ShePinnacle orders are handmade in small batches and dispatched from our workshop in Alexandria, Egypt. This policy explains our delivery area, timelines, and shipping charges.

We currently ship within Alexandria, Egypt only. Orders with delivery addresses outside Alexandria cannot be fulfilled at this time. If you place such an order in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will cancel it and arrange a full refund of amounts paid (excluding any non-refundable fees that do not apply to cancellations made before dispatch).

Handling time: Orders are prepared within 3 business days after payment confirmation (or after order placement for cash on delivery).

Order cut-off time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Egypt Time) begin handling on the next business day.

Transit time: Once dispatched, delivery within Alexandria takes a maximum of 2 business days under normal courier conditions. Business days exclude Fridays, public holidays in Egypt, and days when courier services are suspended.

These timelines are estimates. Delays caused by incorrect address details, customer unavailability, weather, courier capacity, or events beyond our reasonable control may extend delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon successful delivery.

Shipping rates: Flat rates based on delivery distance within Alexandria. The exact shipping amount for your order is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Free shipping threshold: Shipping is free on orders with a product subtotal of 1,500 EGP or more (before shipping). Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when this threshold is met.

Additional fees: We do not charge handling, packaging, or other hidden shipping fees beyond the shipping amount shown at checkout. Cash on delivery, where available, may show a separate COD fee at checkout if applicable.

Once your order ships, we will send tracking or status updates by email where available. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and respond within 48 hours.
