By accessing the ShePinnacle website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

ShePinnacle is a women-led Egyptian initiative based in Alexandria. All products are handmade in small batches in Alexandria, Egypt. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, delivery outside our shipping area, or suspected fraud. Payment is collected at the time of order via PayMob (cards and mobile wallets) or cash on delivery. All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable VAT where stated.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products via descriptions and images. However, as products are handcrafted in small batches, actual color, texture, and scent may vary slightly. Product ingredients are listed on each product page; customers with known allergies should review ingredients before purchasing.

Delivery is limited to Alexandria, Egypt, under our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report defects or damage within 2 days.

ShePinnacle's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to skin reactions (patch test recommended), allergic responses, or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alexandria, Egypt.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
